JD Edwards Mobile Smart Phone Applications

Hi! This February I had the opportunity to be at JD Edwards Summit here in Denver I want to talk to you about the Mobile solutions Oracle announced. Also, I tried to get a Hands on labs session, but my laptop didn't work well, but I could see how it works to create the mobile apps for JD Edwards using Oracle Application Development Framework (aka ADF). So, here you can see how it works in real world. Using your mobile device - in this particular case an iPhone, you can create apps style links to the JD Edwards applications - look at the arrow showing the apps. But one thing people asked a lot - and I believe they didn't understand is that you can create links for any page using a safari feature called "Add to Home Screen" so, when you open the JD Edwars mobile applications - you'll open in Safari, you can create your own "app" which is nothing more than a safari link to a web site, and in our specific case a link to a JD Edwards module.
