<br />
With that said, you can easily consume data from REST / JSON sources like Google Sheets and MS Excel in Office 365.<br />
<br />
You just need a browser, Orchestrator and internet connectivity!<br />
<br />
You can do data loads, as well as write data into the spreadsheet as well.<br />
<br />
What do you think about it?<br />

Instead of disrupting your business in a "big-bang" approach, Oracle JD Edwards now embraces a continuous delivery methodology: small features, within short space of time.
This means less disruption, more time to learn and take advantages of new features.
Let's embrace these changes together?

<br />
Use Orchestrator instead!<br />
<br />
Orchestrator now handles files, so the other end doesn't need to be on REST / JSON for business services.<br />
<br />
Migrate your interfaces to Orchestrator and get the benefits:<br />
<br />
<br />
<ul>
<li>Lower costs: no development resources needed</li>
<li>Accelerate production time:</li>
<ul>
<li>No packages builds</li>
<li>User Defined Objects - UDOs promotion and security lifecycle</li>
</ul>
<li>Use scheduler: No need to pay extra buck for external schedulers</li>
<li>Built in Notifications: notify when something happens</li>
<li>Share the results: send the files via FTP / SFTP or REST internally or to other sites</li>
</ul>
<br />
<br />
Contact us for an assessment on your current integrations, and save in the long-term by migrating your flat files interfaces to Orchestrator.<br />

<br />
The Modern Accounts Payable.<br />
May 29th, 10am MT.<br />
Register here: <a href="https://goo.gl/UNMypH">https://goo.gl/UNMypH</a><br />
<br />
Deep dive in the UX One's Accounts Payable manager role and discover the possibilities a modern ERP can bring to you. Enhance your performance thru the Alert, Analyze and Act paradigm and how to effectively use it for a better understanding of your company's AP situation. We'll build a notification based on Payee Control to Approval, so whenever you have a new payee control records to approve, the system will notify you, preventing any error and fraud, and enabling faster answer / approval from the AP Manager.<br />
<br />
After this session, users will return to their companies with a valuable content in hands, by completely understanding the AP Manager Dashboards for UX One, as well as the possibilities with the Notifications system. All the content is already available on JD Edwards 9.2.x and users will take this knowledge back to their sites and they will be able to setup their own UX One roles for Financials, more specifically to Accounts Payable.<br />

How it works?<br />
<br />
You probably saw a lot of videos and explanations about how practical is Orchestrator, right? But, have you asked yourself after you build the Orchestration, how to use it, or how it works?<br />
<br />
In this Master Class, you'll learn not only how to build Orchestrations, but also the foundation that enables you to expose any JD Edwards applications and processes as a Web Service.<br />
That's the idea: not only come with the solution, but give a solid base in the foundation, so you'll have a complete understanding on how it works. This will help you when thinking - or designing - your own integrations: no matter if it is with another system or an IoT device.<br />
<br />
By the way, I'll show how to use a temperature sensor to send information to Orchestrator / JD Edwards.<br />
<br />
Let's learn together?<br />

<br />
What it does? How to use it? How this can be a cost-saving to my company?<br />
<br />
Well, have these and other questions answered in this Orchestrator Master Class.<br />
<br />
In the past, if you want to do a Business Services integration, for example, get the correct Address from USPS, or check the FEDEX tracking information, you had to rely on a series of things: BSSV servers, Java coding, JDeveloper, a Developer or more and time.<br />
<br />
With Orchestrator, you can easily build this type of integration. No developer need. No BSSV servers, no JDeveloper...<br />
<br />
That's where the possibilities comes in place: Your company will be agile enough to provide this type of integrations to and from EnterpriseOne.<br />
<br />
Join me in this Master Calss and see how you can leverage this tool for the best performance.<br />
<br />
Are you not in 9.2 yet? No worries. We've got you covered: We have our labs with the latest and greatest release, so you can play with and build your business case. In this Master Class, we provide 30 day free access to our labs, and if you want we can extend that too!<br />
<br />

<br />
Digital Transformation is a journey.<br />
<br />
Embrace the modern and digital enterprise.<br />
<br />
We can help you in this journey by building your strategy on implementing the innovations available today. You may have the software but not using. Also, this is all about how people will react to the changes. Implemented in a good, fun and efficient way, the adoption happens with no problem. Their perception about their work will change.<br />
<br />
Start today! No matter if you're on 9.2 platform or thinking to upgrade. Start small, but ready to scale. Educate your users with the possibilities. Being digital isn't about trends. Being digital will save you money, will make you more efficient.<br />
<br />
The beauty of this digital revolution we're starting to live, is that you don't need to disrupt your business. You can do it smoothly at your pace and immediately benefit from it.<br />
<br />

Imagine you - a Business Analyst - with the ability to add fields on forms without the need of a developer!
Just imagine the cost savings on development, when sometimes a small change will consume the Business Analyst, a Developer, a CNC, at least 2 package builds and depending on the company, SOX procedures and a bunch of paperwork.
Now, things became more simplified: You need that field that's not in the form, just add it.
The coolest part now is: you can use it as a query criteria as well as Watchlists, even on One View Reporting! This is not only a field to show data, it's a "live field" that can interact with the EnterpriseOne components.
I can't wait to see this working! I'm preparing my lab upgrade and contact us if you want to see this in first hand!

review, and submit their time whether they are in the office or at the job site. This application can be
configured to meet the specific data collection requirements of each role in an organization, providing
users a simple user interface limited to the time card information relevant to their role. A graphical
representation presents users with a view of the time card status and hours entered for the period.<br />

Not only about UX One Landing Pages.
I'll showcase the difference between the traditional model, where you have to dig the system for information, to the modern AP, where the information flows to your hands.
You'll see a proactive approach instead of a reactive.
AP now is mobile. You'll see how JD Edwards position itself as a mobile platform and try by yourself the mobile apps designed exclusively for AP.
See a low-code / no-code approach on personalizing your JD Edwards experience, by using CafeOnes, and Personal Forms.
As a bonus, we'll showcase how a Business Analyst can setup an Orchestration for AP interfaces as well as demo a Self Service Portal using Kiosk / Simplified mode.
Bring your smart phone! This session will be interactive!
Working hard to make the better experience for you and you'll take home lots of ideas to implement immediately!
Looking forward to see you there!</span><br />

<br />
Yes, indeed. JD Edwards is quite complex software. There's 40+ years of processes improvements, and the software handles a lot of information.<br />
<br />
Even though you work hard on personalizing your menus, it's quite hard for someone who's just starting in the system to catch things up.<br />
<br />
A handy new feature on 9.2 is the Task Search.<br />
<br />
Basically, you type what you want to do in JD Edwards and if there's something related in the menus, you'll have it there! For example, you want to enter vouchers, type "Voucher Entry" on your Fast Path and hit Enter. You'll see all the results for Voucher Entry, and then you chose the right one for you.<br />
<br />
Simple, but, efficient.<br />
<br />
If you want to see a quick demo or need more details on how to implement that, contact us!<br />

Yes, JD Edwards runs as Docker Containers and that means a lot for its evolution.
Containers can give a more dynamic usage to EnterpriseOne, from high-available configurations, to hot-upgrades. Processes that took in the past days or weeks, now with Docker you can do in matter of hours - if not minutes.
To start though, we recommend using it as sandbox and disposable environments. You can quickly preserve an instance, so whenever you need to refresh your environment, you can do in minutes and start again. This is very useful for testing and upgrades.
Contact us if you want to see a JD Edwards environment running on Docker Containers.</span><br />
